Online Return Policy
Our Fabrics are carefully inspected for flaws before we ship them to insure you recieve what you ordered. Because of our extensive inspection process we have a limited return policy.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- You did not receive the correct yardage
- You did not receive the correct color or pattern
- Your fabric has a flaw
NO CLAIMS ALLOWED AFTER YOU HAVE CUT YOUR FABRIC.
Please follow the directions below when making a return.
Do not cut your fabric until it has been checked for the above conditions. All returns need to be made within 15 days of receipt of fabric. Customer Service must be contacted to approve all returns. Please contact us at (205) 254-1538. Credit will be issued, on your return, after the product has been received and examined by our quality control team.
